| Veteran woman worker activist and PTUDC leader Shahida Jabeen, who was arrested at a PPP mass rally in Lahore has been released, following vociferous protests and representations from the PPP leadership. We will carry the full story as soon as we receive first-hand accounts from Pakistan. Meanwhile, many thanks to all our readers who sent protests to the Pakistani authorities! |
